You acknowledge that your use of the Services (as well as usage of your account by others, including without limitation minors residing with you) is entirely your responsibility financially.


Furthermore, you guarantee that all information provided by you or members of your household or business in connection with the use of the Services, including without limitation your name, email address, street address, telephone number, credit card number (when necessary), and, if you're selling goods, all information regarding your listed goods, is true and accurate. By selecting "Agree," you attest that you are at least 18 years old and an authorized agent of the party you are claiming to represent. Your genuine name and email address are required for registration.

www.medsorimpex.com is not a party to the sale that takes place between the buyer and seller. The truth or correctness of the listings, the capacity of sellers to actually sell the products they list, the quality, safety, or legality of the listed goods, or the ability of buyers to actually purchase the goods are all outside of our control. Please keep in mind that dealing with strangers has some risks, and www.medsorimpex.com has no control over those dangers.

You hereby release Medsor Impex and our agents, employees, and affiliates from any refunds or warranties, claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of any situation or in any way connected with listings, completed or uncompleted transactions, or items offered or actually sold by you to other users. Because we are not involved in those transactions, we cannot guarantee that they will go smoothly.  

Medsor Impex retains the right to remove any listing at any time and the right to impose conditions on anyone's usage of the Services, with or without justification. Medsor Impex retains the right to delete the accounts of users who register using false contact information, including phone, fax, and address information. The website Medsor Impex maintains the right to delete the web mail of users who engage in webmail fraud.

Without respect to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of the State in India shall govern these terms and conditions as well as the user's relationship with Medsor Impex Service. Medsor Impex and the User consent to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, the User agrees that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of Medsor Impex Service or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year of the claim or cause of action arising or it will be permanently barred.
